Summary:
In a capital appeal, Ogee’s defence is a $2,400 subscription AI his sister paid for in three installments; when the session expires mid-argument and his tablet asks him to upgrade, his thumbs are three inches from the button and the chain gives him two, while thirty seconds of silence count under Rule 36(b) as voluntary withdrawal of argument.
